This is so simple and so true but still so hard for people to understand and practice. Negative thoughts are just so much easier to enter your consciousness and stay there than positive thoughts are. When I think about how many times I've started to consciously think positively and then gradually revert to negative thoughts, it's a lot. The thing is when you catch yourself thinking negatively, you need to immediately repeat the positive to that negative thought no matter if you believe it or not. Example: "I can't do this" your reply " well actually yes I can" Rinse and Repeat.

Self explanatory. Seriously though people are always questioning why bad things happen, which is understandable but how many times have you thought about why good things happen?
For every bad thing, I think you can find a hundred good things that happen. It won't stop the bad from existing but it will certainly help you live better. That's why my tagline has always been Good Happens !
