I found an app helps you be more positive in a 30 day challenge on my phone and I started it yesterday.
How it works is that you set it for the morning and night to remind you to write what you are thankful for and the good things that have happened during the day.
Things you write stay there for you to see daily. To remind you of the good things.
This is a simple exercise that you can do in a journal as well.
Try it! it only takes a couple of minutes each day and it is effective.
If you want to look for the app it's called Secret of Happiness
I'm looking forward to being more positive in 30 days :)
